AKL is delighted to have acted as legal advisor to a member of the Prodea group in connection with a €300 million financing granted by Piraeus Bank to support the acquisition of 54 real estate assets located across Greece.
The financing facilitated the acquisition of a substantial real estate portfolio by a member of the Prodea group, involving coordinated legal and financing workstreams.
The AKL team advising the Prodea group entity was led by Partner George Zohios, together with Senior Associate Georgios Rafail Athanassiou, who handled the core legal workstreams of the transaction.
