The transaction involved a premium hospitality asset and required the structuring and implementation of a tailored financing solution to support the acquisition and future operation of the resort. This mandate is particularly noteworthy as it marks Brookfieldʼs first hospitality hinvestment in Greece, underscoring the growing international interest in the Greek hospitality sector.
