This was one of the key messages highlighted by our Managing Partner, Helen Alexiou, during the conference "Women’s Entrepreneurship: Challenges in the Modern Competitive Environment" at the University of Piraeus last Friday, where she had the privilege of participating alongside distinguished business leaders, executives, and academics.
This discussion served as an important reminder that gender equality remains both a social and an economic challenge. Meaningful progress requires more than discussion; it requires continued support for women's participation in leadership, entrepreneurship, and decision-making across all sectors of the economy.
