AKL is proud to announce that it advised Alpha Bank S.A. in connection with a senior facility for the acquisition SPV of a leading global infrastructure investor, to finance part of the consideration for the acquisition of 49% of shares in the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO/ΔΕΔΔΗΕ).
The acquisition represents one of Greece’s largest privatizations and is anticipated to catalyze further investment for the modernization of the infrastructure of Greece’s electricity distribution network.
