After a short break since our last seminar, it was time to renew our skills - and the message still remains clear: safety in the workplace is a shared responsibility. At AKL, we once again came together to refresh our Basic Life Support knowledge, because preparedness is an ongoing commitment.
Lessons learnt from this year’s training:
-Life-saving knowledge is a skill for life. The confidence to act quickly can make all the difference when every second counts.
-A strong safety culture is built through action. Regular training reflects our continued commitment to a safe and supportive workplace.
-Refresher courses sharpen both competence and confidence, ensuring we’re ready to respond effectively.
-Training together strengthens teamwork, awareness, and shared responsibility.
We’re proud to keep building on this foundation year after year, as a team!
Until next time - stay safe, stay prepared.
