Advising Alpha Bank on Northern Greece resort financing

The firm acted as Greek legal advisor to Alpha Bank, as sole lender and mandated lead arranger, in connection with the financing of the acquisition and subsequent expansion of a fully operational, year-round four-star mountain resort located within a UNESCO-designated cultural landscape in Northern Greece.
